Resman is not only a great software, but we have made great partnership relationships with interfaces through Resman. Our staff in accounting is kept lean giving our management company the ability to spend funds in other areas. > > **Cons**: When bringing on new entities the set up process runs a little slow. We run at a very fast pace. Now we know to get the set up started ahead of our start date needed. > > Overall, Resman is a system that is easy to use and understand.
