Comments: I am replacing Salesforce with Agile CRM to save cost, create a more streamlined interface with our website and sales team.

Pros: I like that all three modules (Sales, Marketing, Service) are contained in a very easy to use interface. There are basic and advanced functions available without all the Salesforce bloat. Ex: I can set up a simple Round Robin for my sales team without having to spend a bunch of extra money for a plugin or dig deep into layers and layers of Salesforce complications to just get to the place to set it up.

Cons: There are some limitations to the integrations vs other apps but it does integrate with the big boys (popular software). The help desk is expanding rapidly, but currently, you have to schedule calls with a rep. The rep is super helpful, but sometimes there is a wait time.

Pros: Agile CRM has the biggest amount of useful features among their competitors.
The tool is free for 10 users. I also found very positive, that system enables marketing automation, which is available from Starter account. This is also an advantage over their competitors.
A comfortable in use is a calendar feature, besides you can add Google Calendar integration, which is also a big plus.
Customer support is great (maybe just a bit noisy), I got a call from them on the same day after I signed up and offered their help.

Cons: In general, it is a good tool. I was also looking for integrations with Slack, but didn't find it, unfortunately, as well as live chat. Well, it is a good a direction for improvements.

Pros: I enjoy this for small business clients. It's easy for us to use and transfer to them at the end of the contract, and it's worthwhile to train their people on.

Cons: It doesn't grow enough, so eventually a small business will have to dump it if they grow out of it's functionality.

Pros: Agile CRM is a good software to use daily. It is easy to use and there are so many features available.

Cons: Sometime Agile CRM is hard to separate different function features. The GUI can be improved to adapter to different business models.

Comments: Despite some drawbacks, it is a really great CRM for any compnay, especially SMB.

Pros: It has so many features. The one I liked especially was seemless mail integration. It also has nice integration with Microsoft Office 365 (bot mail and calendar).

Cons: The user interface seems a bit out of date. The same goes to some basic functionality while integrating with social networks and gathering information about prospects from there.
