AND The fast and detailed customer service replies (super important when you are working on a project and only have a short window of time to work on it). > > **Cons**: There is always work do be done and improved, like any other product I believe, but to be honest, all my ideas and what I would like to see improved, seem to have been forwared to the appropriate Brevo team. One of these idea has actually been taken in account and been added to an update of their platform so now I am able to improve my booking system thanks to that improvement. > > I didn't know Brevo, the webmaster I hired to revamp my website told me about them as he thought it was a great platform to start a mailing list (this is why I needed it in the first place) but then I was pleasantly surprised to see that Brevo also offered form creation and a booking system.
