Team: £89 a month or £890 a year (two months free). 25 current sponsored workers, 5 users. For growing teams with several people on the licence. The 14-day free trial runs on this plan.
Business: £179 a month or £1,790 a year (two months free). 100 current sponsored workers, 15 users. For multi-site employers and care groups.

14-day free trial, no card needed. There is no free plan: after the trial, records can still be viewed and exported, but adding or changing records and reminder emails need a paid plan. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active to the end of the paid period. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
