> **Pros**: Dynamic pricing was the single biggest revenue lever I found. Rates now adjust automatically based on local demand, seasonality, day-of-week and lead time. I used to spend every Sunday night tweaking rates across channels. Now I set my minimum, maximum and base strategy once and let the system run. My average daily rate is up roughly 22% year-over-year without adding a single property, and my occupancy actually improved too.

> **Cons**: Initial setup takes real thought — you need to understand your minimum and maximum thresholds and know your market. The defaults are a starting point, not a plug-and-play solution. A more guided setup flow would help newer hosts get it right faster.

The unified calendar view means I can see every reservation across every channel in one place, and adjusting availability only takes one click instead of logging into three separate extranets.

> **Pros**: The UI is intuitive and easy to navigate, and the customer service is truly top-notch. The tech support team goes above and beyond to help fix issues and make sure things work properly. Once everything is set up, managing listings and operations becomes very straightforward.

> **Cons**: Some of the workflows for the website and listings feel unintuitive. For example, I sometimes have to publish changes and then go back into the backend to undo or adjust things for them to properly reflect across platforms. It’s a bit of a workaround—odd, but it does work.

> The onboarding experience was so-so and, honestly, pretty frustrating. I felt like I was handed off to customer support to figure things out instead of being guided through a clear process. The Vrbo integration was especially confusing, and Lodgify wasn’t very helpful there. Thankfully, I found a great contact at Vrbo who knew exactly how to set it up and helped me get everything working.&#10;&#10;Now that everything is running, the platform is much easier to use and quite powerful. The tech support team, in particular, has been fantastic—they’re responsive, proactive, and genuinely go out of their way to help, which is more than I can say for the onboarding experience. Overall, it’s a strong tool once you’re past the initial setup hurdles. I can see why many stay away given the onboarding process.

Now every booking, payout and fee flows into Lodgify's reports automatically. I can see occupancy, average daily rate and revenue per property over any period in seconds. The monthly summary has become the most reliable business document I have. My conversations with my accountant are now half the length they used to be — they get clean, consistent numbers without me having to prepare anything separately.
