The support that they still provide to HR and Payroll helps our company streamline processes which builds confidence in our employees. Our rep is outstanding - communicating well with our teams and working hard behind the scenes to make us better. Compared to ADP, the report features they have in Paycom are lightning fast and custom reporting is unbelievably simple. I'm the main point of contact on my team for understanding Paycom and learning about it. These updates get applied site wide whether you wanted the change or not and sometimes, I struggle to see the value in some of these changes. I also think they should be better prepared on the "new change" and how it will affect your system. Its not usually found until an employee complains about not being able to see something or do something they used to be able to do. After that Paycom always has a work around but its frustrating that it takes an employee to find the error before it can be fixed. I wish Paycom was more intuitive on how that new update affects MY system. And maybe that is on the specific rep to be on top of those things, but whatever the case, that's the one CON, I have. > > Overall I am happy with Paycom.
