Zapier has been one of the best and biggest game changers for our business
Comments: My experience with Zapier has been great. It meets so many of my needs. It makes my job so much easier by taking so many important details off of my plate (and off of my coworkers' plates). When something goes wrong, the customer support is ACTUALLY HELPFUL! That's so rare these days. But Zapier has managed to have a good customer support who actually looks into issues, finds the problem and addresses it. I am extremely happy. We purchased Zapier for my 9-5 job, and I plan to purchase a plan for my own side-business once we've grown large enough for it to make financial sense. Zapier is a game changer for businesses.
Pros:
The thing I like most about Zapier is that I am able to automate all the boring tasks I used to do manually. It can do almost any of those things - whether it be gathering information and sending it out in an email or in a Slack channel, or assigning a task to a particular person, or sending us an alert about a client requesting a revision on a proof, or any number of other things. Zapier allows us to automate it all, AND it makes sure that nothing slips through the cracks (which used to happen if one of us got too bogged down and missed an important detail). Zapier makes our lives easier and it protects us from basic human error.
Cons:
I'll be honest, I'm struggling to think of what I don't like. I think the main things I haven't liked are not Zapier's fault - like the way certain other apps have chosen to integrate (Dropbox will only let me work with my personal folder, not my Teams folders, really??) But that's not Zapier's fault. That's Dropbox's dumb fault. I guess something I don't like is that I find it confusing to understand where my tasks are being used. I think I eventually figured it out, but it was a little confusing and could be more user-friendly. I also found some of the error notifications confusing because it provided a link, but then I couldn't figure out what the error was or why it existed. I had to contact support. But support was super helpful, so that ended up being fine.I don't like that if I go to edit an old zap, it sometimes makes me have to run the trigger test again and then click through all the earlier steps before I can fix or set up a step later in the zap. But that's not a huge deal. It's just a thing I can think of.All in all, I don't really have a lot that I don't like.

The Ultimate Workflow Wizard for Simple Automation
Comments: My experience using Zapier has been overwhelmingly favourable. The way I automate chores and effortlessly integrate different applications has been revolutionised by Zapier. Its user-friendly interface and extensive collection of pre-built integrations have made it simple for me to build effective processes without any prior coding experience. By automating tedious processes, Zapier's dependability and efficiency have helped me save a lot of time and effort, allowing me to concentrate on more crucial areas of my business. I wholeheartedly endorse Zapier to anyone seeking to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
Pros:
Its capacity to connect different apps and automate processes without the need for coding expertise. By making workflow automation simpler and enabling users to integrate several platforms and automate repetitive operations, it boosts productivity and saves time. Another reason for Zapier's popularity among users is its user-friendly design, huge app directory, and flexibility in creating unique routines.
Cons:
The pricing plans to be pricey, especially for customers who need more sophisticated automation tools or have a lot of jobs to complete. Additionally, some users have complained that many integrations have restrictions on the number of stages or triggers available, which can be annoying for large workflows. It's important to note that Zapier has worked to allay these worries by presenting more flexible pricing alternatives and gradually growing their integration capabilities.

Indispensable, Must Have SaaS
Comments: Stellar. I love it. You could not take it away from me.
Pros:
Zapier offers a number of benefits for users looking to streamline their workflow and automate repetitive tasks. The major components we use include:1. Automate time-consuming and repetitive tasks, freeing up time to focus on more important work.2. Zapier helps to simplify workflow and eliminate the need for manual data entry and other time-consuming tasks.3. Our automated workflows are less prone to human error - important tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.4. Allows teams to work more efficiently by automating the sharing of information and tasks across different platforms and services. We use it intensely to keep everyone updated via Slack integrations.5. Cost savings - Zapier integrations have, in my estimation, afforded us not having to hire at least 2 people to keep things updated.6. The extensive library of pre-built integrations makes it easy to create and manage automated workflows.
Cons:
Price: Zapier can be expensive. The more complex you get - the more it costs. There is definitely value of service, but that doesn't make it inexpensive.Limited functionality: the platform doesn't always offer the level of functionality we need, particularly when it comes to more complex workflows. There are several Zaps we would like to create, for instance, with Quickbooks online and their partner SOS Inventory. QBO offers Zaps with Sales Invoices but not Sale Receipts - this creates a frustrating blockage and you are relegated to having to deal with confusing API programming to get things to work.Reliability: while vaslty reliable, Zapier occasionally fails to trigger certain automated workflows, leading to delays or missed tasks.Technical support: support takes forever EVEN if you are on a higher service. The good news is that you only need support infrequently.

Zapier - A new innovation in the Intergartion Domain
Comments: The overall experience has been pretty amazing as it has helped me automate a lot of my daily tasks and thus helps me save more time on doing monotonous tasks and more focus on the important thinking part of my job.
Pros:
It makes multi app complex integration at the touch of a few clicks and thereby helps you save a lot of time and money by saving a lot on the backend coding segment
Cons:
The integrations are not customizable as per user preferences and the community can be improved a lot for the same purpose. Additionally the pricing can be decreased as in my opinion its quite expensive
