It also only gives the amount hours worked with decimals rather than also hours and minutes which makes it more tedious trying to calculate the amount of hours you still need to work to complete 8h. No available "calendar grid" view, just a list of dates. A minor annoyances is that when checking pay periods you can "go" into future pay dates that you haven't worked yet, so if I scroll all the way down assuming I will go to the latest date I scroll into the future.
