> **Pros**: The calendar is easy to read and the emails were beautiful. The customer service is very personable. I know I am a customer, but they make me feel like a friend.

> **Pros**: My experience with super inn was Medicare at best.  They covered up a credit card phishing scam in 2019 and had millions of credit cards compromised on their watch.

> **Cons**: They have closed for good. Credit card scam and all of their properties they worked with had all their credit cards on file compromised and lawsuits filed.
