Certain processes are missing which makes development/delivery difficult to deliver. i.e. Sprints, planning, and the actual delivery of tickets. Updates and upgrades to the system are not done on time. We are not taken through the new changes in Encodify but are left with release notes (most times) it's irrelevant depending on the product/industry we work on.
