> **Pros**: Customer service/support is always the best - it's a user friendly system and helps to make managing camp registrations very easy.

> **Cons**: There isn't a whole lot that I struggle with on the Ryzer site, my main concern is running reports.  Once you find the right area on the site it goes pretty smooth.

> We have used Ryzer for our basketball camp registrations since 2014.  We have had the best support and the turn around time on any request we submit is outstanding.  There have been changes over the years, but only making the site more user friendly.

> **Cons**: I wish for the check-in process I could've had registration detail readily available as well such as what T-shirt size and what team I had assigned the camper to. Would help streamline the check-in process for our camp.
