We have been using LGL for 4 1/2 years at a small religious nonprofit and we have been delighted with how well the product and the support team serves our needs. > > **Cons**: There are many comes-by-default fields in the constituent records that we don't make use of, but we can't hide them. We can only collapse them and learn to ignore them. > > We have been very happy with the flexibility and configurability of the data storage options. The data import mechanism is very powerful, and it enabled us to get up and running with rich data very quickly. The search query functionality is excellent. The product performance responsiveness is usually always very fast. The documentation is thorough. Training sessions are frequently offered. The customer/tech support is second to none: we usually get high-quality, personalized responses within an hour\! And if an issue has to be escalated, we hear back from the next-level support within 24 hours.
