-fast and efficient customer support(very important i our busy schedule)
-PID integration, help us not to loose time and easy to work alone

- accès from anywhere, bonnes to be at the office\! Radical from me as I work from home after hours (treatment plans etc)

E.g. in the beginning it was harder to add the phone number when booking an appointment, this immediately changed proving constant evolution and response to doctors needs.

> **Pros**: Clinico has made a real difference in how I run my practice. Clinico is built specifically around the Luxembourg CNS nomenclature and tariffs rather than adapted from a generic system — mémoires d'honoraires, devis and ordonnances come out on the correct templates without me having to think twice. With CNS's digital transmission requirements now in effect, having a system already labelled by Agence eSanté for PID V2 and remboursement digitalisé has saved me a real headache. It's cloud-based, so I'm not tied to one computer in the practice, and the dental charting is clean and fast to use chairside. Genuinely one of the better decisions I've made for the practice — I'd recommend it to any dentist in Luxembourg who wants to spend less time on paperwork.

> **Cons**: Nothing to report yet. I am thrilled about it. As said, it is so distant from any of the available options for Luxembourg that I have absolutely nothing negative to report.

> **Pros**: I travel to the clinic once per month for 3 days. With this software I can manage my schedule abroad, communicate with colleagues and staff, and manage billing status.

> **Cons**: Filtering the patients we're searching for could be easier. Last time I checked only one filter could be applied at a time.

> Very useful to manage my schedule, talk to colleagues about pending tasks and be aware of billing status.
