Nimble is more than just a CRM!!!

Comments: Ever since I started using Nimble, my marketing efforts have increased by 20%. It's really been a game changer and I recommend to everyone.

Pros:

Nimble CRM is an amazing tool for managing your customer relationships and leads. I've tried many customer relationship management tools in the past and this one is by far my favourite. My team can now talk with our customers in real time and share ideas from a central point of contact. We have seen huge growth over the last year using Nimble CRM.

Cons:

There are some bugs from time to time but nothing serious:)

Integration of All Your Biz Apps in One Place

Comments: I work with multiple departments and hundreds of people, and I'll be honest, it's hard to keep up with everyone. The people management tool along with the Office calendar integration tool, I can keep up with my coworker contact history details and timeline. This has been the most valuable tool for me and my team.

Pros:

We really enjoy how Nimble integrates with our other software platforms such as ZenDesk and Office. Instead of wasting time toggling back and forth, we don't waste time toggling back and forth. We can also access all of our social media platforms and track comments and engagement. The UI is a little more friendly than other similar platforms. This makes it easy to train new employees that aren't as tech savvy or get intimidated. Most of the features are intuitive and have a logical blueprint for operating.

Cons:

I would like to see a deeper integration with social media such as Facebook. I would like to be able to interface more with FB through Nimble. Also, need to work on compatibility with Apple calendar. Most of our coworkers use Apple as a default, and Nimble hasn't quite bridged that gap, yet. Storage could also be increased. Data is cheap these days and it would be nice to see the addition.

There are probably better out there

Comments: I think having tried a few different CRM systems out there like Sales Force, Trello etc, Nimble has a long way to go and although they aren't the most expensive in the world, I feel like if you're not happy with the overall functionality, they it's too expensive.

Pros:

The integration with my social feeds was ok, I liked the fact that they were easy to set up

Cons:

Their email system is shambolic to say the least and one of the worst Ive used.

Pros:

There are many things I like about Nimble including the intuitive interface, ease of use, comprehensive features, and great customer support. However, if I had to choose one thing that I like most about this software, it would be the ability to track and manage my sales pipeline and customers in one place. This has helped me stay organized and efficient in my sales process, and has allowed me to better serve my customers.

Cons:

I didn't like that it was difficult to find contact information for people outside of my organization.

Social Media Interaction can be better

Comments: Nimble has helped me to manage my desk work properly but I believe there's always room for improvement, especially with the project management.

Pros:

The software makes contact management simple and also social media integration provides actionable insights.Sending group messages and mass mailings with contact segmentation is what I love most because personally sending emails and constructing PowerPoint is my job but with nimble I rest assured that sending emails is quicker. The price is also inexpensive compared to its competitors.

Cons:

Inability to track emails, while sending emails, especially mass mailing.Also, project management features need to be operated on so that people like me can enjoy the features better.
