Excellent for small-sized companies

Comments: It allows you to take 360 ​​control of a hotel from rooms, to restaurants and everything that comes with the hotel business.
When the hotel is very large it falls short and it has to be complemented with other softwares to be able to hable all the aspects of the business.
The customer service is good but not having a module for hotels with buffet the only alternative they gave us was to create the module with a cost, considering that most of the hotels have this system at least at breakfast, it is in deficit software.

Pros:

It is easy to use, has good costumer service and allows to get very good reports. You can get strategic information for decision making. It allows an excellent control of inventories and its modules are easy to use for an average user.

Cons:

Getting reports can be a bit difficult. For hotels in remote places with low internet access it is difficult to keep updated and use it in a correct way. Loading ingredients into recipes can sometimes be complicated for inaccurate ingredients In the hotel where we used it, we had a buffet and there was no real alternative to cost the menu according to the passengers.
