> **Pros**: It had a learning curve, but it wasn't too steep.  The software is utilitarian, integrates nicely with MS Project and provides a variety of views on the outcomes.

> **Cons**: I like least the same thing I like least about all Monte Carlo software.  The data that has to be entered in order to get a meaningful result is substantial.
> 
> As a risk author and guru, I find Full Monte to be the full package in terms of Monte Carlo, provided there's an understanding of the level of effort required to introduce it into an organization.
