Overall, It is a great tool keep your social media organised, pricing could be more flexible. with super evolving market due to AI , they really need to offer more to stay in the market.
Pros:
Nice tool for social media management, also I like analytics the tool provide related to the work. Team collab is also a nice feature
Cons:
Pricing is little steep with so many options in the market , also sometimes the automatic posts fails on some chanels. They need to grow to offer more functions with so many similar apps in the market.

Great experience so far! Been several months and they’ve been so helpful.
Pros:
Hootsuite’s training resources for their platform and social media marketing are top notch!
Cons:
I do wish posting stories through Hootsuite was easier. I wish the app had more to offer.

Pretty solid platform with good support. There's a reason they've been around for more than a decade.
Pros:
I think they're the second best social media management platform on the market outside of Buffer. You really just need a platform for scheduling, managing across multiple social accounts, and response management. They do great in all these factors.
Cons:
They don't really offer any useful social listening capabilities. That being said using HootSuite + another tool like BuzzSumo will give you a way better results than just choosing an all-in-one like SproutSocial.

Easy to use with strong features, but some key tools are gated and occasional bugs appear. However, its still a good tool for social media managers
