Additionally, Docusign is the sheriff of convenience and it allows us to send documents via emails and drive for approval which are accessible through office desktops or mobile phone which speed up the rate of ratifying contracts and business strategies. While sending documents, Docusign allow us to specify the order in which the other party should sign. It allows us to clearly indicate where people should put their signatures, initials, or date. To ensure nothing slips off the crack, Docusign enable us to set automatic reminders to keep us updated and notify us when we need to sign a document. It also gives visibility of the status of documents signing process. I really appreciate that, Docusign really value security. Authentication and encryption of documents make them tamper proof and ensure that just the right people access them. Docusign is a household name in the business ecosystem just as much as it is in nearly every home. We had tried using other cut rate products but the issue we alway ran into ease of use and the name. Everybody would call it “Docusign” no matter which platform we used and that’s what they would search their inboxes for. We found that while formflow and adobe both have their corners of the market, for us Docusign was the easiest decision. > > **Cons**: The reminder feature sets automatically which can be a great thing as well as a bad thing.
