> **Cons**: Users could benefit from an instruction manual or user guide to help troubleshoot certain situations.  FAQ's or things of that nature.

> Not always a pleasant experience, however, you get what you pay for.  Sometimes when we click to "auto connect" an error message pops up that says "the device is not found" or "wrong s/n please restart the device."   There are times where we have to try and connect multiple times to get an accurate reading.  The software updates automatically and this does keep the database of listings pretty accurate.  We typically are able to find any type of vehicle we are looking for.

Is it that when the vehicle is not included on the listing it will not recognize the device? example, Ford F250 super duty diesel is not included in the list of your ford vehicles listed. will it connect or not?

In the European stander, it says all  vehicles compliance with OBD   III-IV-V-VI is the ford F250 diesel part of those stander?

If additional drivers are needed the user should be notify.

In the manuei, all necessary guidelines should be included, with some diagnostic solutions if the device doesnot connect.
