Reviews of Ticket Tailor

Ticket Tailor
Comments: Amazing. Great product, and perfect for freelancers who need flexible payment options.
Pros:
Great UI and guided setup. Ease of use. Awesome integrations with personal website.
Cons:
Could be easier to set up integrations with physical payment systems. This lack of clarity was enough to keep from going that route, but easy to work around.
Alternatives Considered: SpotOn
Reasons for Switching to Ticket Tailor: Recommendation from a friend, and cost comparison
Best ticketing platform for small businesses and the planet!
Pros:
I made the switch from Eventbrite to Ticket Tailor for selling tickets for my forest bathing walks (Soft Earth Forest Therapy), and I'm so glad I did. Not only is Ticket Tailor B Corp certified, they donate a portion of each ticket sold to one of their climate charity partners. Their services are seamless and easy to use, their support is fast, kind, and helpful, and I feel really good knowing that a portion of the fees I pay for are supporting an awesome business doing important work for small entrepreneurs like me, as well as our planet.
Cons:
I can't think of anything at the moment.
Best Ticketing System
Comments: Ticket Tailor is one of the best free software and cloud hosted ticketing system. You simply set it up, add events and let it do the rest. The check in feature for apps is very useful for knowing who is in the venue or not, and the ability for online tickets too.
Pros:
Ability to hide tickets and use a specific code to access the codes.
Cons:
You have to pay for a seating chart; however would be worth paying for.
Excellent Price
Comments: Overall, for the price it does the function necessary for a lower price that other platforms. If the platform was a little easier to use and easier for customers to find this would be helpful.
Pros:
As a small business owner, I love the low ticket fees and functionality of being able to sell a ticket online. I've used this software for lots of events.
Cons:
The ease of use and look of the software is not as nice as their competitors. Ticket tailor does not easily allow customers to find tickets without a direct link. Other platforms allow customers to easily find tickets when searching online.
Alternatives Considered: Brown Paper Tickets and Eventbrite
Reasons for Switching to Ticket Tailor: Price
Excellent customer service / support for a good, reliable system - ticks all the boxes.
Comments: Excellent customer service and support for a good and reliable system - ticks all the boxes. A good system. Effective.
Pros:
Excellent customer support for the system which is generally reliable and straightforward to use. Good integration with Stripe for payments. Free events are fee free and the fees for paid events are fair.
Cons:
The waitlist functionality needs improvement.
Alternatives Considered: SimpleTix
Reasons for Choosing Ticket Tailor: Eventbrite suddenly started charging for free events. Payment processing was very expensive. The customer support declined from poor to dire.
Switched From: Eventbrite
Reasons for Switching to Ticket Tailor: British, local, good system, excellent pre-purchase support, excellent customer support.
