> **Pros**: I run marketing for our AI in Development conference, and every year the hardest question to answer afterward is whether the event actually did what we promised attendees — that they'd meet the right people. Drop gave us a real answer. We could see how many connections were made, how many contacts were exchanged, peak engagement times. That's a different report than ‘we had 400 attendees'.

> **Cons**: The follow-up experience could be more seamless. Once the event wrapped, attendees asked for an easier way to move all their connections to a CRM.

> We brought Drop into this year's AI in Development conference to answer a question we'd never been able to answer before — did people actually meet each other, or did they just sit through sessions and leave. It delivered on that. It sits alongside our event app and registration system rather than replacing them, but it's the only piece of our stack that told us anything about what happened between attendees instead of what happened on stage. The results tracked closely with how well we ran the pre-event email sequence Drop provided
