> **Pros**: I am responsible for managing customer reviews across 20 restaurant locations, so efficiency and clarity are crucial for me. RepManager is very easy to use and intuitive, everything is straightforward to set up. I especially like the AI-powered auto-replies, which significantly reduce the time spent working with reviews and allow me to focus mainly on analyzing weak points and improving operations.&#10;&#10;I also highly appreciate the dedication and innovativeness of the team, as well as their communication style. The team is very responsive to individual needs and open to client ideas, which I truly value and see as a major added benefit.

> **Cons**: It would be great to see integrations with delivery platforms such as Bolt, Glovo, and other local delivery services, as they also generate a large number of customer reviews. I understand that this is technically more complex, but it would be extremely valuable, especially for businesses in the restaurant industry.
