> **Pros**: EnrollHere is very intuitive and easy to manage. Agents pick it up quickly with minimal training which is very helpful at scale. The UI is clean and performance has been solid. Webhooks made it easy to integrate into our stack.

I also like that it includes a lead marketplace and integrated KPIs.

> **Cons**: Hard to point out any real cons. The only thing I’d mention is there’s a lot of flexibility in the setup, so it can take a minute to understand all the options at first. Once you’re set up and running, it’s very smooth and stable. Overall we’ve been really happy with it and would recommend it.

The most important feature and naturally what I enjoy the most is the abundant data tracking provided to us. The platform does an exceptional job at providing all the required and necessary data needed to run an agency and ensure profitability.

> **Cons**: Nothing currently, had a problem with numbers showing as spam initially but it has been fixed and working well.

> Really good, would recommend to any insurance call center. It will likely cost more than your current system but the efficiency will outweigh that
