> **Cons**: It would be really helpful to have pre-made templates, so we wouldn't have to spend time compiling learning materials from scratch.

> In a nutshell, we're big fans of how user-friendly the platform is. We became proficient with it almost instantly. The learner activity tracking and reporting is another strong point that works very well for our needs. On top of that, the pricing structure is a huge plus; we're only charged for the learning content we deploy, not per user seat.

> **Pros**: The pay-per-send pricing model is the best feature for us. Since we mainly send a one-time guide to new contact lens wearers, paying for each learner wouldn't be cost-effective. This way, we can register everyone in the system and only get charged when we actually send the material out.

> **Cons**: The one thing I'd love to see is a more seamless integration of the AI tools. While the image and text generators and quiz creator are fantastic individually, I imagine them working in tandem to automatically assemble a full module. That would truly streamline the entire content creation process.

> Overall, I'm really impressed. The pay-per-send model is perfect for us, and the editor is super flexible and easy to use. But the standout feature has to be the completion tracking - it's been a total lifesaver for following up on contact lens usage complaints.
