Since installing the Pricemaster app, we’ve been able to completely automate our pricing strategy and margin maintenance across our catalog. With over 15,000 product price adjustments happening every single day, this used to be a time-consuming, manual task that took focus away from growing the business. Pricemaster has freed up an incredible amount of workload and allowed us to concentrate on bigger-picture growth, planning, and customer experience.
A special mention must go to Reid, who has been personally available and supportive throughout the onboarding process. Every question we had was answered quickly, and we were guided through setting up the automation to work perfectly for our needs. The level of service has been outstanding.
We’re genuinely excited about where this app will continue to go and how it will support us as we scale. If you manage a large product catalog and want to protect your margins without the constant manual work, Pricemaster is an invaluable tool.
