For instance, for some charts it is tricky to automate with certain time periods, which is hugely frustrating as it should be quite simple to add, and would make a good template, perfect\! Customer service can be a bit hit and miss, there are some very good agents and some are just trying to close your ticket as fast as possible without really caring about your issue. > > For the most part, the tool is quite powerful, it is not as easy to customise as things like FactSet, but the Morningstar categories and standard data is impressive.
