The time and effort required to create something that appeared professional, especially without having extensive design or programming experience, caused us to squander a lot of time.  However, I can now develop forms that are not only useful but also appear professional and appealing using just drag-and-drop components.  I can find templates for almost anything I need, including surveys, event diaries, and contact and follow-up forms.

This could be an issue if a significant percentage of my audience uses their phones to access the forms.  I intend to make this better in next releases.
