> **Pros**: FleetWatcher's tracking software is easy to use and the real time monitoring is to the minute accurate. Also, the folks at Earthwave are friendly, knowledgeable, and always accessible.
> 
> **Cons**: The site navigation leaves a lot to be desired, to be honest. It was never great and since their latest version rollout it's even muddier. Luckily, there is a "favorites" option so I personally bookmark the various modules I utilize on the regular.
> 
> Overall good experience. Between the tracking ease-of-use and the SLE commitment by Earthwave, it's well worth any small grievances.
