> **Pros**: They prioritise the right thing - the member's interface. It's slick and efficient, and looks really professional, which gives us confidence in sending it out. Our members love it, truly\! 

So far, there have also been no glitches or bugs that we've had to follow up on too. We've found the customer support fantastic.

> **Cons**: It's pricey\! We think it's worth it, but I'd love to see more features / options under this price - e.g. Orbiit in Slack, or a broader range of integration abilities. For example, our membership changes weekly, and we have to keep uploading our data - would love to have integrations available that remove the need for this.
