> **Cons**: The software is not fit for purpose. It is completely unoptimized for mobile and tablet use, with a major "rubber banding" issue on iOS that prevents clients from completing essential forms.

The Google account login feature is fundamentally broken and results in a continuous loop for clients, despite being a core selling point.

The platform appears to be a "half-baked" product still in development, with two overlapping and conflicting administrative panels that are frustrating and confusing to navigate.

I was charged a "one-off setup fee" that I was never informed of and did not agree to.

The promised 3-5 day setup timeline was not met, and I had to chase the company to get a response.

The customer service has been dismissive, attempting to blame me for their technical shortcomings and ignoring valid legal points about a refund for a faulty online product.

> My overall experience with Aesthetidocs has been deeply disappointing and a complete waste of my time and money. The platform, as sold, is not what was delivered. It is fundamentally unusable for a modern aesthetic clinic, and the company has been unhelpful and dishonest in its handling of my issues. I strongly advise any prospective clients to look for a different solution that is actually fit for purpose and has a professional support team.
