> **Pros**: It's designed by real trucking professionals for trucking company to use. It's the best Trucking Company TMS on market. We love truckpedia. It's very easy to use, automate paperwork, save man power and increased efficency.

> **Cons**: There isn't anything we don't like about it. Although billing a load only take a couple clicks, I am hoping there is an auto-billing function. And there are new features truckpedia have relased but we haven't tried, I hope there are some training videos that can be distributed to us.

> System is more reliable than people. I recommend every trucking company to use it rather than thinking I can handle all my work without a TMS, and that was what we think before. However, after using truckpedia, with the amount of time it saved us over the past few years, well worth it. And our company was able to scale 3-4 times without adding any additional employee. It's quite amazing and we are very thankful and appreciate the system.

> **Pros**: I LOVE that it keeps all documents for the load together as you upload and proceed. So much more user friendly\!\! It makes for a much cleaner, more organized work space and keeps the loads organized.

> **Cons**: There's nothing to really dislike about Truckpedia, it's so easy to customize it to your needs.

> As a dispatcher I have several people that I input load info for and Truckpedia has been the easiest program to use and to teach my drivers. I taught most of them over the phone\!

> **Pros**: Designed to be versatile, which is ideal for an unorthodox company like ours that doesn't fall under the typical carrier company umbrella.  Customizable, offers several different views, tags/labels are a BIG help when it comes to organization, automations are a great bonus, billing is effortless.

> **Cons**: Minor aesthetic suggestions or processing questions, however these were quickly addressed by the support team who took our feedback into consideration as feature requests.

> Very glad we found a software that finally works around us instead of the other way around.  Instead of reconfiguring our entire operations around the software, the software worked around our current operations, which was a big sigh of relief compared to the competition we tried out.
