> **Pros**: Once the classroom is set up, it is very easy to use. I work in a Testing Center, so it enables me to enter testing passwords from my Proctor Station. I can also monitor the computer screens too ensure testers are staying where they should be and not looking at other pages.

> **Cons**: I was a bit to set up and logging into class requires a lot of steps.
> 
> This product is well worth the money we pay here at the college. It is very helpful since there is only one person working in the Testing Center. When it gets busy, we don't have to run back and forth to computers to log in and enter passwords.

> **Pros**: Great program for being able to keep an eye on our home schooling kids, and be able to jump in and help them when they have technical issues.  The price is right, too, since similar setups cost way too much to be practical for a home school setting.

> **Cons**: The installation process for a new computer is a little tricky, but instructions are pretty easy to find and implement.

> We looked at and tested so many systems like this, trying to find one that would work for us as we home school our two kids.  Keeping them on-task is always tricky, as most of our curriculum is online.  While we had found content filters that helped keep them from accessing areas of the internet they had no business on, there are distractions everywhere. My workdays are spent at a computer, so I am able to keep the monitoring screen in a small window on my screen, and keep an eye on things through the day, ensuring my wife doesn't have to constantly monitor their activity. If they are having tech problems, I can take over their screens and show them how to sort it out, and if they do start shopping for action figures when they are supposed to be working, I can either shoot a message to my wife, or take over their screen for a couple of seconds and put them back on track.  And the price is right. Similar systems I looked at all came with a huge, school district-sized price tag that made no sense for home use.

> **Pros**: ease of deploying the product was done in a matter of weeks, the fact you can tie it either to Microsoft or Google to sync users and classes makes the admin process so simple and ready for the teachers to use straight away.
The features and the continuing development of features is great as well as the admin tools to manage the system so easy and streamlined.

> **Cons**: Some areas of the system, especially the safeguarding module can be slow to load records especially if you generate lots of data around this.

> A positive one, the NetSupport team was supportive in terms of demos to various staff groups, the implementation process, and any queries or issues we had were dealt with quickly.
