Wir wurden von Anfang an tatkräftig bei allen Fragen unterstützt und sind regelmäßig mit den Kollegen im Austausch. Die Anwender sind mit dem System sehr zufrieden. Verbesserungspotenziale werden offen kommuniziert und das System durch Noris-IB kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt. 
Alles in allem bin ich sehr erfreut über die partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit.

> **Pros**: i|NORIS-DMI ist sehr übersichtlich gestaltet und dementsprechend intuitiv zu bedienen. Die Lösung ist prozessindiviuell ausgestaltbar. Mit dem Sytem lassen sich auch unerfahrene Mitarbeitende schrittweise durch komplexe Arbeitsprozesse führen (inkl. Dokumentation), wobei zu jedem Produkt ein Protokoll (digitale Produktakte) erstellt und die Rückverfolgbarkeit sichergestellt wird. 

Gleichzeitig ist die Zusammenarbeit sehr angenehmen, weil man mit echten Experten spricht, die einem auf Augenhöhe begegnen.

Zudem ist das Produkt wirklich sehr fair bespreist und hält technisch was es verspricht.

> **Cons**: Ein Nachteil, der aus meiner Sicht gleichzeitig ein Vorteil ist: DMI bietet viele Freiheiten was die Ausgestaltung angeht. Dementsprechend ist es wichtig die grundlegende Struktur vorab sauber zu konzipieren, um dann die benötigten Protokolle (z.B. je Produktgruppe) anzulegen. So lässt sich mit wenig Aufwand eine lückenlose Werkerführung realisieren.

> AssistIng bietet Expertise bei der Auswahl und Ausgestaltung von Digitalen Assistenzsystemen, MES sowie KI Lösungen für die Produktion.

Wir arbeiten bereits seit zwei Jahren intensiv mit i|NORIS-DMI zusammen und begleiten die Einführung in Produktionsprozesse als Implementierungspartner bis der Anwender zufrieden ist.

- Schnittstellenanbindung
- Die gute, konstruktive und lösungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklerteam beim Konfigurieren der Schnittstellen und Erweitern des Funktionsumfangs.

> **Cons**: - Die nicht immer intuitive Bedienung bei der Programmierung der Steuerdateien und Textbausteine.
- Das Handbuch könnte noch etwas ausführlicher sein. 

Beides kann so manche Fragestellungen schon vorab klären.
Hier arbeiten wir jedoch eng zusammen, um dies zu ändern. :-)
