> **Pros**: High levels of customisation and complexity allowed to run business - or extreme basics if required, can be tailored to just work for the way you need to work. Bespoke work is not an issue, engaging support and consistent communication.

> **Cons**: Higher than usual barrier for entry with usability and UI elements because the system can be very complex if you need it to be, can be lots of "quirks" if you get into deep customisation. Equate it to a getting a new car - you have no idea what half the buttons do until you drive it for a few days, then it's second nature.

> Within last few years - great, company was bought by a huge investment firm which does not re-sell businesses, with strong backing and clearer vision there is no reason I would not recommend using Volo Origin as a central solution to eCommerce sales, listing, reporting, accounting and inventory management.

> **Pros**: Being able to list stock across multiple marketplaces is crucial to our business. Volo offers this functionality enabling quick revisions when stock sells out and minimizes the risk to oversell on other channels.
Using Volo as our multi-channel software provider has enabled us to store everything in one place, and with simple to use import/export features we're able to manipulate data in bulk and then import in the system and revise in bulk.
The platform is very easy to use once you understand the basics. Training up other users is a quick process and there are numerous guides to follow along for help.
Order processing is one of the easiest areas of the system. Volo have connected with a huge number of couriers to allow for tracking numbers to be fed back into the account and uploaded direct to marketplaces. Courier labels are able to be printed direct from the sales orders screen which adds huge efficiencies for the business.

> **Cons**: There have been times where a new update has happened on a specific marketplace, and Volo have been slow to react and add this new feature into their platform.
> 
> Overall, Volo is an incredible platform and very easy to use. It integrates with a huge number of platforms enabling you to sell on pretty much any platform in any country. Would highly recommend to anyone in this field.
