> **Pros**: The transparency this product provides my future customers is incredibly valuable. Being able to collect customer feedback from several sources and share them all in one place shows new customers how proud we are of the level of service we provide.

> **Cons**: Right now, I'm waiting for them to develop a floating UI for our home page so that customers don't have to navigate to see our reviews —the reviews will be noticeable right from our home page —the feature doesn't exist yet but they tell me it's on the way\!
