> **Pros**: I appreciate the ease of recording appointments and walk-ins, as it allows for me to be more present with potential customers and I can upload the notes with ease to the CRM afterwards. Also very useful from the coaching perspective, as my sales manager reviews 2-3 of my appointments weekly and leaves notes for me on where I'm doing well and how to improve. Very helpful as someone new to sales. The support team is very responsive whenever I need their help.

> **Cons**: I have nothing negative to say about Rilla thus far from my 2 months of usage, it's been helpful. I do wish that the transcription was more accurate, as it sometimes does not pick up on certain parts of my conversation with a client and then I get a lower score because of it, and it will occasionally add random cuss words to the transcription at times.

> Great tool for sales reps. I'm Gen Z who's new to sales, so I'm one of the early adopters on my team. Most of the seasoned reps are more tentative to use it because they're set in their ways and don't like the idea of being monitored like big brother, however, I find Rilla incredibly useful both from a notes standpoint and as a trainer when I am unable to meet with my sales manager. It has the option to plan strategically for which clients to prioritize and ideates how to close them; haven't tested this out myself yet, but I'm excited to\!

> **Pros**: It synched nicely with our Blue Collar Success Group process.  It worked ok as long as tech did not call ahead to the customer
> 
> **Cons**: If the tech called ahead, the call would be recorded but no automatic start of recording when they arrived at job.  Their work around created issues.  Switched to another system with a better trigger and stopped using Rilla after 30 days.  They refused to lower total contract price to get out. Demanded $24K for 30 days of use that did not work the way originally described.
> 
> Due to the unresponsiveness of Rilla and the insistence on the last $6K payment ($18K I thought was a good amount for 30 days), I can not recommend dealing with Rilla.  They are not transparent, greedy, and their product is not as good as others.

> **Pros**: The ability to practice with AI agents is so cool, especially when it pulls objections/considerations from my previous meetings or the meetings of my coworkers.

> **Cons**: Sometimes it just doesn't get reality. It has objections that don't make sense. It's entire brain is made of the previous meeting recording, so there are often gaps in its logic.
> 
> I like the streak feature and that has made me use it everyday. I have probably used it the most out of everyone in the company, and I'd say that it is definitely better than nothing. Not as good as having a senior sales rep standing over my shoulder, but I appreciate when it points out something helpful. I take its reviews with a grain of salt.

> **Pros**: The pretty much instant feedback you receive along with the roleplay feature with appointments I have run so you can go over actual scenarios you have already been through and will help you improve at a better pace.

> **Cons**: The scoring on the roleplays, when it says I should have done something that I know I did, but its still great practice on my own time.

> LOVE IT\!\! The feedback after appointments is absolutely great but I especially love the role play feature.
