With the cloud based infrastructure every employee can access our files from anywhere, so it is easier for us to be mobile now. I would recommend the product as it is easy to use, has a good value for price and it makes work more convenient.

archive and store our files without any extra paper lying around in office
storages, also when we want to search them, it is easier than digging
through piles of paper manually. The product is stable, and the tech support
is friendly, so we have nothing to complain about.

> **Pros**: DocuBank has decreased the time we spend on completing our client's wishes. It helps us to store necessary (projec) documents in the same place, where everyone can access it, so they can be easily located and used by our employees. It is a great tool for electronic filing and archiving.
