> **Pros**: We've been with H2H DigitalRX since 2009, that's 17 years. Our system uses a software stack that is off the beaten track, but H2H has always been very helpful working through any problems that have arisen during software changes or any other technical issues that came up.
That's not the norm in the industry in our experience.

> **Cons**: Once in awhile we have to get up earlier than we'd like in order to have conversations with people in different time zones.

> We have nothing but good things to say about the support level we have received.
We feel we get a massive return on a minimal investment in a solid product that has integrated well with our cloud based system.
Our clients appreciate how easy the e-prescribing has been and have noted how the system improves with every change through the years.
Patient prescriptions are easy to track and easy to enter.

> **Pros**: very quick and easy to send scripts over. much better than making 800 calls a day. i love when it fills in the proper dosage for the medication. changed can still be made but it makes things quicker

> they are always quick to help if there is an issue. rarely is there an issue but on the odd day they always respond quickly and have me up and running before i know it.
