> **Pros**: Viele Funktionen welche uns den Tag vereinfachen. Das Modular aufgebaute System bietet viele Möglichkeiten auch über das HR hinaus. Digitalisierung steht hier klar im Vordergrund.

> **Cons**: In der App sind noch nicht alle Funktionen verfügbar, ist aber in Arbeit.

> Wir waren vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Kauf der Lizenzen, immer sehr gut betreut und auf alle unsere Bedürfnisse konnte eine maßgeschneiderte Lösung gefunden werden. Unser DUMEC Berater hatte eine unglaubliche Expertise in den verschiedenen Bereichen des HR.
