> **Pros**: I just love firing up the application when I get stuck in my own head trying to use conventional presentation software to explain a concept or idea and putting myself to sleep in the process \! The ability to browse through so many templates for inspiration really gets the creative juices flowing. 

After about 2 months using the software, I bought all of the add-ons.

> **Cons**: I suppose sometimes when I look at the templates, I get a tiny bit frustrated when I can't see how some of the graphics were created or where to find similar imagery to fit in with the style of a particular template. I would like to see more colour icons and imagery available in the library as well as some integration with a stock photo site.

> Overall, I am extremely happy with SketchWow and the level of support offered.

> **Pros**: SketchWow is very intuitive and easy to use. I like that it helps me to think visually and put ideas together fast. The icons are nice, and it is very easy to import images and SVG files. The AI features are also useful for drafting and ideation. For me, it is a good software for systems thinkers because it helps to create visuals, connect ideas, and understand things better.

> **Cons**: What I like least is that very polished or advanced diagrams are not really possible here. But at the same time, this is also the strength of SketchWow because it keeps the work fast, simple, and focused on thinking.

> Overall, my experience with SketchWow has been very good. They really live to their promise about no payments for upgrades, and they are always improving the software. I also appreciate that they answer customer emails and listen to feedback. They were very fast to integrate AI features, which was important for me. Also, the extra libraries and features for purchase are affordable and useful.
