> **Pros**: It's hard to say - tie between ease of use and the YouTube uploader. Both are extremely helpful. This is honestly a plug-in-and-go solution. Very pleased\!

The scrolling is tedious - I find it faster to re-upload and simply delete older images every once in a while. It would also be helpful to us if pre-made backgrounds were fully changeable - all text, not just some text - and if we could swap backgrounds without changing the rest of the image. We often repeat products on sale - if I could swap the pre-made background only, that would be very useful.

He walked me through all of the trouble shooting necessary, and when that didn't work he sent me a new EZ-AD tv box without question and it arrived rapidly. It has been working since I set up the tv on the 31st of December. I also appreciated the follow up from the second gentleman that called.
