> **Pros**: It really is cool how many options that Rinsed has. It really is great. It works well with other platforms and they really do help with so many aspects of the sales and customer forefront.

> **Cons**: The features are not really intuitive. If you don't know what you want, it is really hard to know what is possible. Rinsed isn't really coming forward asking if you want it to do this or if you want this added. You have to either imagine it or see someone else doing it. Then you ask Rinsed if it is possible.
