> **Pros**: PayiQ provides passengers to purchase tickets for public transportation services, such as buses, trams, trains, and more using their mobile devices with a smooth user friendly interface also PayiQ provides secure mobile payments which provides user to make contactless payments for tickets and services.

> **Cons**: Some technical issues such as crashing of app, slower performance, connectivity problems have happened to users also the availability of PayiQ's services are not available everywhere , which means that customers in some areas may not be able to book mobile tickets and also they will be unable to make payment.
