> **Pros**: I was feeling the pain of not good enough reporting, too much on operations, and not enough rev share from my current processor. I wanted something different and I found PayEngine. I'm glad I did, these guys get SMB saas and vertical payment plays.

> **Cons**: Not their fault but you will need to re-onbaord your merchants. One time however, and future onboarding should be way easier. They helped me port my most important customers first.
