> **Pros**: It’s very easy to use to publish new workshops.  We regularly create new events and depending on if they’re popular publish additional public dates.

> **Cons**: The approval process for a new event could be a little shorter just to get in more sales time.  If the messages could get sent to at least 2 emails vs. one that would be better.

> **Pros**: Classbento is the complete package for online and in-person class bookings. We evaluated almost every standalone package on the market, and weren't able to get something that was properly adjusted to our use-case (Paint and Sip). Classbento in comparison was incredibly easy to setup (they did the installation on the website) very easy to configure, and designed for our actual use case (Rather than alternative software which is really trying to retrofit gym booking software into our market). Classbento had great upsells, easy to schedule reminders, a beautiful booking page software, and excellent support. Particularly in the early days we were able to communicate with the \[sensitive content hidden\] and get features added in days (or bugs fixed on the spot). They also had a fantastic review reminder system which helped us get over 500 reviews. During Covid they also pivoted beautifully and deployed online class bookings and art kits in an incredibly short time frame. You can also use it to purely run a booking system on your site, or also opt-into the classbento platform which is the front-facing platform for booking 1000s of art classes.

> **Cons**: The % taken is relatively high, however balanced against this is the fact that you have no upfront costs, and that you also don't need to do any additional work e.g. they process payment, manage mailouts etc. One slight other niggle was that it is quite hard to opt out of the classbento ecosystem. This meant that sometimes you were appearing alongside your competitors (even in your own review emails). The downside of the excellent review system was that it kept reviews within classbento and meant you needed to be part of their system going forward to showcase them (vs reviews on an external platform)

> Our life improved dramatically after we moved to Classbento, admin and overhead dropped significantly, and client experience also improved.
