> **Pros**: The most impactful features are the reporting/statistics. It's also so simple to track our daily lead generation so that we are able to see our conversion rates. Once they are able to integrate Quickbooks, we will be beyond satisfied\! We almost got rid of ClarityNow, however when we met with \[sensitive content hidden\], she was able to answer all of our questions and help us to utilize the program in a much more effective way. She's a rockstar\!\!

> **Cons**: Only thing missing for us is the Quickbooks integration, but they are working on that. I would say at the beginning the economic model was a bit confusing and it didn't seem to generate the numbers the way it should. Over time, I have gotten more familiar with the process and have no issues at all.

> We are using ClarityNow effectively in our one-on-ones with our agents. They are able to enter their lead generation numbers daily and then we can see their conversion rates. The pipeline is also a huge benefit. It is very helpful to have all of our information (transactions, pipeline, conversion rates, goals, expenses) in one location. \[sensitive content hidden\] is always amazing, repsonds promptly, explains everthing clearly, and is so patient with me. :)
