Setting up our employees and running pay runs takes just a few minutes, and the automated super and tax calculations save us so much time. They have just started offering automated payruns which I am very excited about.

> **Cons**: Customer support can be a bit slow, but I don't think it's any different from other services. Once the issue is picked up, it works well.

> REALLY TERRIBLE support. Billed incorrectly. Unable to send STP reports to ATO despite following instructions and calling ATO. weeks later still unresolved. What a waste of valuable time.
