Easy to Use and a hub for everything

It's task function, maintenance schedule, notifications to relevant parties

Cons:

Integrations with other platforms, lack of reporting and data storage

Does the job

Pros:

I appreciate being able to access my own timetable without having to look at a graph rota.

Cons:

Nothing so far. Would be nice (but not necessary) to have a workplace forum to communicate with the whole company.

Good solution for new small businesses

Comments: So far my experience with Pilla is positive. My business will continue to use the platform for HR, performance and safety management.

Pros:

I like that Pilla integrates all the features that I need as a business owner, but woudl have to buy separate products for. It makes it super easy to find and enrol new talent.

Cons:

As a new platform I think there's still room for improvement. There's no native app, my staff has had a few issues logging in, checklists aren't as intuitive to use as I thought they would be. Having said that, [sensitive content hidden] is super responsive and I trust that all of this will improve quickly.

Everything all in one!

Comments: It’s great, everything in one place. I’m still learning but I’m learning something new everyday which really explains the vast functions.

Pros:

Being able to set up checklist and set teams to each!

Cons:

Having to put the times for the checklist every time you need to edit them

Pros:

Easy clock in and out system. Clear overview of upcoming shifts

Cons:

Would be good to be able to add notes for attention of managers when clocking in and out
