> **Pros**: As a novice I found the system fairly easy to use once setup.

> **Cons**: Once signed up the only real way you learn anything is from other users on it, you don't get much help from people that run it(at least I didn't)

> Very poor they promise you the earth take your money and then you have to pay a monthly subscription and returns are minimal. as soon as I cplained they banned me from the message service and the course that I paid for and just cut you off with no way of communicating.

> **Cons**: TERRIBLE customer service. System did not capture cancelation. Will not provide refund despite notifying them the day the charge went through.

> Customer service is terrible. I canceled online but the subscription went through anyway. Shouldnt be a big deal right, just get a refund... nope. Despite canceling before the processing date, and the fact that this service is paid in advance (ie I had not used the platform), they are unwilling to provide a refund.

Dont be deceived, this platform is incredibly buggy and is not going to help you do better than how the market is already trending.

Im willing to adjust my review if they do the right thing.
