> **Pros**: I am the owner of a management company with a small portfolio of rental properties (average between 10-15) This software is easy to set up and it makes it simple to manage rentals. It has all you need to run a smooth rentals business, starting from accepting applications to managing move in/move out processes, to keep track of the rent payments. In addition, their chat is very helpful to solve any issue you might have. I was really worried about managing the rentals considering the expensive software in the market but then I discovered Renter Insight. Definitely recommend Renter Insight for medium and smaller landlords\! Pricing is quite low compared to the big boys like Buildium, AppFolio, DoordLoop, etc. who have high minimum buy ins.

> **Cons**: None. I really do not have anything bad to say about the software and the company’s customers service department.  Renter insight is a software easy to manage and it is affordable for small businesses.
